Garofano pieces are produced after your order and specifications are confirmed. Rather than choosing only from pre-manufactured inventory, you can select from the materials, finishes, configurations and dimensional options available for the individual piece.

Make It Yours
Depending on the piece, select from available fabrics, leathers, stone, wood and metal finishes, configurations and approved dimensional options. Customization is design-led rather than unlimited: the options offered are selected to preserve the proportions, comfort and integrity of the original design.

Confirm the Details
Before production begins, we confirm the specifications that apply to your order such as dimensions, configuration, upholstery or material, finish, orientation and relevant delivery considerations. This gives both you and the production team a clear specification before work begins.

Production & Quality Control
Once specifications are confirmed, your piece enters production. Depending on the piece and material, production may involve specialist frame construction, upholstery, stone fabrication, material selection, assembly and hand-finishing. Before shipment, the finished piece undergoes quality-control review.

Delivered to Your Home
Following quality control and shipment, final delivery is scheduled to your home. Garofano uses professional white-glove delivery for considered in-home placement and inspection on arrival.

Specifications are confirmed before production, materials are allocated, the piece is produced and finished, quality control is completed, and the finished order then enters the delivery process.
Lead times vary by product, specifications, material availability and logistics. The current estimated timing for each piece is shown on its product page and confirmed with your order.
