Sedia Carosello places a softly upholstered shell on a compact pedestal, giving the dining chair a playful sense of rotation and balance. The rounded seat and back read as one continuous form, while the tapered dark base concentrates the structure into a small footprint and leaves the upper volume visually free. Bold upholstery can make the chair graphic and expressive; quieter fabrics allow the same silhouette to feel restrained. Carosello works particularly well around a round dining table, where the repeated pedestal forms create a clear rhythm.

Seat shell formed from laminated birch plywood with solid-beech blocking at the base connection and a concealed steel reinforcement plate. Cushioning uses a 40–45 kg/m³ HR foam seat layer and 30–32 kg/m³ shaped back foam, finished with 150–200 g/m² batting for a tailored edge. Upholstery is fully wrapped around the shell with seams positioned on the rear and underside; fabric, wool, velvet or tightly tailored leather may be specified. The pedestal consists of a welded steel internal column and weighted conical base clad or finished in powder coat, lacquer or selected metal treatment. A commercial-grade 360-degree swivel bearing with optional return function is mechanically fixed between the shell and pedestal. The underside of the base is fitted with a continuous non-marking protective ring to distribute load and prevent floor damage.
