Tavolino Meridiana is a nesting composition built around two contrasting circular volumes: a low, substantial drum table and a smaller elevated companion that can overlap the main surface or stand independently. The pale stone surface of the larger table is balanced by the darker cylindrical body, while the smaller table introduces transparency and a warmer tonal accent through its glass top. The result is flexible without feeling modular, allowing the composition to shift between a compact sculptural object and a wider arrangement for books, drinks and collected objects.

Large table built around a furniture-grade birch-plywood drum structure with internal hardwood blocking and a smooth two-component lacquer finish. The top is a precision-cut sintered-stone slab, selected for low porosity and dimensional stability, mechanically supported by the structural core and finished with a fine eased edge. The smaller table uses a welded 304 stainless-steel internal pedestal and a cylindrical outer shell finished to match the larger body. Its circular top is 10–12 mm tempered smoked or bronze-tinted glass with polished edges, located on concealed metal supports with resilient isolation pads. All visible junctions are flush and hardware-free; the nested geometry is set out to maintain controlled clearances when the two pieces overlap. Non-marking recessed glides protect the floor interface.
