These Sale & Promotional Terms govern promotional pricing, sale events, discount campaigns, and other limited-time offers made available by GAROFANO through garofano.store, email, advertising, social media, written quotations, or other authorized GAROFANO communications.

GAROFANO sale events are intended to provide promotional pricing on selected pieces while preserving the same made-to-order production standards, material choices, service, and quality associated with our regular collection.

These Sale & Promotional Terms form part of (and are incorporated into) our Terms and Conditions.

Specific terms stated in an individual promotion—including its dates, discount, eligible products, or eligible configurations—apply in addition to these general terms. In the event of a conflict, the GAROFANO Terms and Conditions and any applicable mandatory law will govern.

1. Scope of sale pricing

A GAROFANO “Sale,” “Promotion,” “Promotional Price,” or similar offer means a temporary reduction or other preferential pricing made available on selected eligible products.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in the applicable promotion, sale pricing applies only to:

Products identified by GAROFANO as participating in the promotion
Standard dimensions and size options published for the product; and
Eligible materials, fabrics, leathers, finishes, marble options, configurations, and other choices offered by GAROFANO as standard selectable options for that product

The availability of a product, material, finish, size, or configuration on the GAROFANO website does not necessarily mean that it participates in every promotion. The applicable product page, sale collection, promotional announcement, or written offer determines eligibility.

2. Standard customization remains eligible

GAROFANO pieces are made to order, and many products allow the customer to select among different materials, fabrics, leathers, finishes, marble options, configurations, or other published choices.

These selections remain eligible for promotional pricing where they are offered as standard selectable options for an eligible product.

Accordingly, choosing an eligible upgraded fabric, leather, marble option, finish, or other product-page upgrade does not by itself remove the product from the promotion.

Where a promotion is expressed as a percentage discount, the promotional discount applies to the price of the eligible configuration selected, including the price of eligible upgrades incorporated into that configuration.

For example, where an eligible piece is offered at a percentage discount and the customer selects an eligible upgraded fabric that increases the product price, the promotional discount will apply to the resulting product price displayed for that configuration.

The final applicable product price will be shown at checkout or in the GAROFANO written order confirmation.

3. Full Custom and non-standard dimensions

Unless expressly included in a particular promotion, sale pricing does not apply to Full Custom work.

Full Custom includes requests requiring non-standard engineering, sourcing, or production, including, without limitation:

Dimensions outside the standard size options published by GAROFANO
Bespoke dimensional changes
Structural or construction modifications
Configurations not offered as standard product options
Materials not offered by GAROFANO for the applicable product
Customer-supplied materials
Custom finishes outside GAROFANO's published options; or
Other bespoke modifications requiring additional design, engineering, sourcing, sampling, or production work

A product therefore remains eligible for sale pricing when the customer selects among eligible GAROFANO standard options, including eligible material upgrades, but ordinarily ceases to qualify where the customer requests a non-standard size or other Full Custom modification.

Full Custom is further defined in our Customization & Approvals Policy.

GAROFANO may expressly extend promotional pricing to a Full Custom order in writing, but no such pricing should be assumed unless specifically confirmed by GAROFANO.

4. Made-to-order status

Unless expressly identified as an in-stock, sample, display, prototype, archive, clearance, or other existing item, products purchased during a sale remain made to order.

A promotional price does not mean that the product is existing inventory, pre-manufactured, discontinued, of different quality, or produced to a different standard.

Eligible sale pieces are produced according to the same applicable GAROFANO manufacturing and quality-control process as pieces purchased outside a promotional period.

Standard production and delivery lead times continue to apply.

Promotional pricing does not create a right to expedited production or delivery.

5. Promotion duration

Each GAROFANO sale or promotion will specify its applicable promotional period through the relevant announcement, campaign, product page, email, advertisement, or other authorized communication.

Promotional pricing applies only during that stated period.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotional dates and times displayed for United States promotions are interpreted using Eastern Time.

To qualify for promotional pricing, an eligible order must be submitted and the applicable payment completed during the stated promotional period.

Adding a product to a shopping cart, wishlist, saved selection, quotation request, or abandoned checkout does not reserve promotional pricing.

An eligible order properly submitted and paid during the promotional period will retain the applicable promotional price after the promotion ends, subject to GAROFANO's order-acceptance provisions and the correction of any obvious pricing or technical error in accordance with these Terms and our Terms and Conditions.

6. Promotional pricing and product configuration

Promotional pricing is calculated according to the eligible product configuration selected at the time of purchase.

Where customer selections change the price of an eligible product—including eligible fabric, leather, finish, marble, size, or other published options—the promotional price will be calculated using the resulting configuration price.

The price displayed immediately before checkout and reflected in the order documentation is the applicable merchandise price, subject to correction of any obvious error in accordance with Section 12 below.

Changes requested after an order is placed remain subject to GAROFANO's Customization & Approvals Policy and may affect price, eligibility, or lead time.

If a customer requests a change that converts an eligible standard configuration into Full Custom work, the promotional price does not automatically extend to the Full Custom portion or revised order unless GAROFANO confirms otherwise in writing.

7. No combination with other discounts

Unless a specific promotion expressly states otherwise, sale and promotional pricing cannot be combined with any other discount, preferential pricing, voucher, promotional code, coupon, certificate providing a discount, referral discount, Trade pricing, designer pricing, negotiated discount, or other price reduction.

Only one discount or preferential pricing arrangement may apply to an eligible product or order.

Where a customer may qualify for more than one GAROFANO discount or pricing program, GAROFANO may apply the single most advantageous eligible offer, but the discounts will not be combined or stacked.

Entering or presenting a voucher, coupon, promotional code, or other discount after promotional pricing has already been applied does not create an entitlement to an additional reduction.

GAROFANO may configure its checkout system to reject, disable, or remove discount codes that are not combinable with an existing sale price.

8. Trade pricing

GAROFANO Trade & Hospitality Program pricing is a separate preferential pricing program and does not ordinarily combine with public sale or promotional pricing.

Where both Trade pricing and promotional pricing may be available for the same eligible product, the applicable single pricing arrangement will be determined in accordance with the promotional terms and GAROFANO's Trade & Hospitality Program Terms.

Trade and promotional discounts will not be stacked unless GAROFANO expressly states otherwise in writing.

9. Delivery, taxes, and additional charges

Unless expressly included in a particular promotion, sale pricing applies to the eligible merchandise price only.

Promotional discounts do not ordinarily apply to:

White-glove delivery charges
Sales, use, or other applicable taxes
Storage charges
Re-delivery charges
Special handling or access charges
Rush or expedited services
Full Custom design or engineering fees
Special sourcing costs; or
Other separately quoted services or charges

These amounts will be calculated separately where applicable.

10. No retroactive promotional adjustments

Promotional pricing is not retroactive.

Unless expressly stated otherwise as part of a specific promotion, GAROFANO does not apply a subsequent sale price, promotional discount, coupon, voucher, or other offer to an order placed before the applicable promotion began.

This applies even where the earlier order remains in production or has not yet been delivered when the subsequent promotion begins.

Similarly, a customer is not entitled to a refund, credit, or price adjustment because the same or a similar product is subsequently offered at a lower price.

The price agreed for an order remains the applicable price for that order, subject to GAROFANO's Terms and Conditions.

11. Promotional price comparisons

GAROFANO may display a regular, former, original, or other reference price alongside a promotional price in order to communicate the applicable saving.

Any such price comparison is intended to be presented in accordance with applicable pricing and advertising laws.

GAROFANO does not establish an artificial or inflated reference price solely for the purpose of creating a misleading promotional saving.

The percentage or amount of any advertised reduction is calculated by reference to the applicable price basis identified or reasonably understood from the promotion.

Because different standard configurations of the same product may have different prices, the amount of the saving may vary according to the selected size, material, fabric, leather, marble option, finish, or other eligible configuration.

12. Pricing and technical errors

GAROFANO takes reasonable steps to ensure that promotional prices, discount calculations, product eligibility, and campaign information are accurate.

Occasionally, an obvious typographical, pricing, programming, technical, or configuration error may occur.

Where an obvious error materially affects the displayed price or terms of an offer, GAROFANO may correct the error or decline the affected order before acceptance, subject to applicable law and the GAROFANO Terms and Conditions.

Where appropriate, GAROFANO will notify the customer and provide the opportunity to proceed at the correct price or cancel the affected order before production begins.

Nothing in this section permits GAROFANO to retrospectively alter the agreed price of an accepted order merely because a promotion subsequently changes or ends.

13. Availability of materials and configurations

Participation in a promotion does not guarantee indefinite availability of every fabric, leather, marble option, finish, size, configuration, or other material selection.

Certain materials may become unavailable because of supplier availability, production limitations, discontinuation, or circumstances outside GAROFANO's reasonable control.

Where a selected option becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, GAROFANO will communicate with the customer regarding appropriate alternatives or other available remedies in accordance with the Terms and Conditions.

A substitute or replacement material is not automatically entitled to promotional pricing where it falls outside the scope of the original promotion, although GAROFANO may honor or extend promotional pricing where appropriate.

14. Returns, cancellations, and final sale

A promotional discount does not change GAROFANO's ordinary rules concerning made-to-order products.

Made-to-order, customized, and Full Custom products remain final sale in accordance with our Terms and Conditions, except in the case of verified manufacturing defects, verified transit or handling damage, or where applicable law requires otherwise.

Purchasing a product during a promotional period does not create an additional right of return, exchange, cancellation, or refund.

Likewise, the fact that an item was purchased at a promotional price does not reduce any right or remedy otherwise available for a verified manufacturing defect or verified delivery damage.

Cancellation requests remain governed by the Terms and Conditions and the applicable Customization & Approvals Policy.

15. Warranty

Unless expressly disclosed otherwise for a particular sample, display, prototype, archive, clearance, or similar item, purchasing a GAROFANO product at a promotional price does not reduce the applicable GAROFANO limited warranty.

Eligible new made-to-order products purchased during a promotion remain covered by GAROFANO's twenty-four (24) month limited warranty against manufacturing defects, subject to the conditions, limitations, exclusions, and remedies contained in our Terms and Conditions.

A lower promotional price does not mean that a product is of lower manufacturing quality or receives lesser warranty protection.

16. Natural material variation

Sale pricing does not alter the characteristics of the materials used in GAROFANO products.

Marble, wood, leather, fabrics, metals, and hand-finished materials may exhibit variations in color, veining, texture, grain, tone, pattern, surface character, or finish.

Such expected characteristics remain governed by our Material Variation Guide and the GAROFANO Terms and Conditions.

Promotional pricing does not convert normal material variation into a defect or create an additional right of return or refund.

17. Samples, display pieces, prototypes, archive pieces, and clearance items

These Sale & Promotional Terms are principally intended to govern promotional pricing on new GAROFANO products, including made-to-order pieces.

GAROFANO may occasionally offer samples, display pieces, prototypes, archive pieces, discontinued products, clearance items, or other existing goods for sale.

Such items may be subject to separate or additional terms concerning condition, availability, delivery, warranty, returns, or final-sale status.

Where separate terms apply, they will be disclosed on the applicable product listing, quotation, invoice, sale announcement, or other written communication.

The condition and commercial terms applicable to such an item should therefore be determined from the specific offer rather than assumed from the rules applicable to a new made-to-order product.

18. Changes to a promotion

GAROFANO may correct or clarify promotional communications where necessary because of an error, technical issue, legal requirement, product eligibility issue, or other reasonable circumstance.

Any such correction will apply prospectively and will not ordinarily affect an eligible order already accepted at the agreed promotional price.

GAROFANO may also introduce different promotions at different times or for different products, collections, materials, customer groups, or sales channels.

The existence of one promotion does not create an entitlement to the same discount, duration, eligibility criteria, or terms in a future promotion.

19. Relationship with other GAROFANO policies

These Sale & Promotional Terms should be read together with the policies applicable to the relevant order, including:

The Terms and Conditions remain the principal contractual framework governing purchases from GAROFANO.

Nothing in these Sale & Promotional Terms limits or excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded under applicable consumer protection law.
