Garofano provides white-glove delivery through a selected professional carrier or delivery team. The service includes unpacking, placement, and basic packaging removal. Clients must confirm access through doorways, elevators, stairwells, hallways, and turns, and handle building requirements such as certificates of insurance, elevator reservations, protective coverings, and delivery windows.

Delivery fees are quoted separately and depend on the item, destination, access conditions, and logistics requirements. Once a piece arrives in the United States, delivery is scheduled directly with the client. Missed appointments, inaccurate access details, refusal to accept delivery, or failed delivery due to building constraints may result in additional labor, restocking, or re-delivery fees.

Garofano provides a limited warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal residential use for one year from delivery. Exclusions include normal wear, natural material variation, fabric pilling, cushion softening, sunlight-related color changes, improper cleaning, misuse, accidents, pet damage, commercial use unless agreed in writing, and damage caused by movers or third parties after delivery.

Eligible trade members may receive preferential pricing on approved items. Documentation such as a business license, portfolio, or resale certificate may be required. Delivery, installation, logistics, limited editions, and rush customization are generally excluded from preferential pricing.
