Clients should confirm doorway, stairwell, hallway, elevator, and turn access in advance, and must comply with building requirements such as COI documents, elevator reservations, protective coverings, and delivery windows.

Garofano provides a limited one-year warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal residential use from the date of delivery. Exclusions include normal wear and tear, natural material variation, fabric pilling, cushion softening, sunlight-related color changes, improper cleaning, misuse, accidents, pet damage, and third-party mover damage. Warranty claims must be submitted by email with order details, photos or videos, and a description.
